The project provided practical support to vulnerable learners while promoting awareness about personal hygiene and reproductive health. Through demonstrations and discussions, girls gained valuable knowledge that empowered them to manage menstruation confidently and maintain regular school attendance. The initiative also helped reduce stigma surrounding menstruation and encouraged open discussions on health issues affecting learners. My participation in this project demonstrated the community service pillar of Education 5.0 because it addressed a genuine community need while improving the well-being of learners.
